1-YEAR / 12,000-MILE LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
Andre’s Automotive Solutions LLC warrants that labor performed by our facility will be free from defects in workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
The warranty period begins on the date the original repair is completed. The mileage limitation is measured from the vehicle mileage recorded on the original repair order.
WHAT THIS WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY COVERS
This warranty covers:
- Defects resulting from improper installation or workmanship performed by Andre’s Automotive Solutions LLC.
- Corrective labor necessary to repair a verified defect in our original workmanship.
- Replacement of a part damaged as a direct result of improper installation during the original repair.
Warranty coverage is limited to the repair necessary to correct the verified workmanship defect.
PARTS WARRANTY
Replacement parts are covered separately under the applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Coverage periods and requirements vary by manufacturer and supplier.
If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect rather than improper installation, coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s inspection, terms, and approval. The manufacturer or supplier determines labor reimbursement and may not be fully covered.
NONTRANSFERABILITY
This warranty is provided exclusively to the customer named on the original repair order and is nontransferable.
Warranty coverage terminates upon the sale, trade, transfer, or other change of ownership of the vehicle, unless Andre’s Automotive Solutions LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Maintenance services or normal adjustments, including adjustments or operating characteristics associated with a component’s normal break-in period.
- Failures caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, racing, off-road use, overheating, improper operation or lack of required maintenance.
- Failures caused by unrelated vehicle components, fluid contamination, leaks or pre-existing conditions.
- Repairs that have been altered, modified, disassembled or performed by another repair facility when that work caused, contributed to or prevented proper evaluation of the reported failure.
- Customer-supplied parts.
- Towing, storage, rental vehicles, lost wages, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenue or other incidental or consequential expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
WARRANTY INSPECTION AND AUTHORIZATION
To request warranty service, the vehicle must be returned to Andre’s Automotive Solutions LLC for inspection and authorization before repairs are performed elsewhere, except in a documented emergency.
Returning or accepting the vehicle for inspection does not constitute approval of warranty coverage. Coverage will be determined after the reported condition has been inspected and the cause of failure has been reasonably identified.
Andre’s Automotive Solutions LLC must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and correct any covered workmanship defect at our facility.
DIAGNOSTIC AND DISASSEMBLY CHARGES
Diagnostic testing, inspection, or disassembly charges may apply if the reported condition is determined not to be covered by this warranty.
The customer or current vehicle owner will be advised of applicable charges and must authorize them before chargeable diagnostic work, disassembly, or repairs are performed.
If the condition is determined to be a covered workmanship defect, reasonable diagnostic labor necessary to identify that defect will be covered.
PROOF OF WARRANTY
The original repair order or invoice may be required when requesting warranty service. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific labor and repairs documented on the original repair order.
